KALAYAAN 2011 WAS A BIG SUCCESS!

My warmest greetings to all our fellow Filipino Americans in our celebration of the 113^th anniversary of the Philippine Independence Day, June 12th 2011.

Kudos to our special guest speakers- Patricia Laurel, to Consul General Mary Jo Bernardo Aragon, Deputy Dan Espiritu, Director of Tourism, Annie Cuevas Lim, Deputy Commissioner Manny Ilagan, to all the staff of the Philippine Consulate and Philippine Tourism, the different local Filipino-American officers in different cities, leaders and officers of different associations, the Executive Council members, and most of all the committees of the “Kalayaan” 2011, for their full support and dedication, courage and compassion to serve, and made the “Kalayaan” 2011 possible to succeed.

May I thank all of you in your unselfish help to make this event historic, for all to remember. May I express my sincerest and endless gratitude to all.
